Had a tune from another company, while good along with great customer service. I felt it was a little underperforming. No negative feedback about that. I read on some groups about VT. Did some more research and what I took away for that was a smaller more customer focused service. I wasn’t wrong. All my questions were answered by Brian and all my concerns as well. Tune loaded up and the car performance was significant over the prior setup. Brian asked for a follow up and we discussed his findings. All good! Very happy with the personal service and just as important. The tune. Imo the tune really shines with the TCM tune. Very noticeable compared to the prior setup. A definite improvement. Very happy and look forward to working with Brian in the future! Thanks brother!

I chose to work with Brian because he answered my initial questions very promptly and seemed to have a lot of experience tuning the specific type of vehicle that I owned. The initial tune was fine, but the engine was over boosting due to some issue with the vehicle. Brian offered his advice as to potential fixes and I made a few changes, which helped but did not quite solve the issue. It took several tune modifications to get the boost down to an acceptable range. I don’t know if I could have received that much effort from some of the other tuning companies. Thank you Brian, for being so patient and helpful in getting things sorted out.
